OutLoud Sessions: Logic Pro X
You asked for HANDS ON and we are bringing it!
This hands-on workshop introduces young musicians to Logic Pro, Apple's professional digital audio workstation. In this 2-hour session, participants will learn the fundamentals of music production using Logic Pro's intuitive interface.
We'll start by exploring the workspace, understanding tracks, regions, and the transport controls. Then we'll dive into recording audio, using software instruments, and working with Apple Loops to create original compositions.
Participants will learn basic mixing techniques including volume adjustment, panning, and adding effects. By the end of the session, each young producer will have created a short musical piece they can take home.
No prior experience necessary! Just bring your creativity and enthusiasm. All equipment will be provided, though participants are welcome to bring headphones if preferred.
This workshop is limited to 20 young artists! We want to have space for you all to practice.
